Yes, you need an Anthropic API key (or Google/OpenAI). Add it in Dashboard > Secrets. Your key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted inside your agent's container.
Yes. If you have multiple agents, they communicate via Redis Streams. A manager agent can delegate tasks to specialists automatically using [INVOLVE:agent_id].
Nothing is lost. Each agent has persistent storage. Conversations, files, and workspace data survive restarts and updates. Long-term memories also persist in vector storage.
Up to 5. For most use cases, 2-3 agents are enough: a lead/manager that coordinates, plus specialists for specific tasks like research or email.
